“X” is a serial killer of unknown identity who first struck in New Orleans, but who confessed through letters released to the newspapers to many more murders across the world. Several mass murders have occurred in Paris, Rome, and Madrid that are possibly attributable to him. He is a master of many weapons, but he usually picks a single weapon for any given "string" of killings. He claims God made him a seer in order to provide the world with a foreshadowing of the evil to come.[1]
