Flumbart's Furnature Workshop fronts the thieves' guild that Flumbart manages and that Ezra commands. Flumbart poses as a respectable businessman, slandered sadly by jealous competitors. The building has access to an extensive sewer system. The operation is based in an unspecified town or city outside of Darkon, with a consequential sewer system, and a tolerance of dwarven and an elven businessmen.
