Check out the Library , there's a section named Fan Adventures. Take a look at a few of them for the formatting. In short either you edit it, format it and put it into pdf form yourself, or you ask one of the FoS or another forum member into polishing your draft/.doc. Then you send the pdf to a FoS ...

I'm going to tell my opinion, admitting first of all that it's a little biased by the fact the no matter how well it's created (to make it short), the train inside any gothic (let alone fantasy, though it's not the case here) setting takes away much flavour IMHO.
