Just thought of it...
Wouldn't a percentage of Opium users that died return as a special hungry dead?
What about a person that tries to rob someone while he's under the effects of withdrawal syndrom and he's killed in the process?
Someone that dies from malnurishment because he spents most of his money on the drug and at the time he perishes, opium is what he wants the most?
Wouldn't these guys return as special hungry dead? How would such creatures be? Forever craving ... opium?

That is a VERY cool idea ... something I'm very interested in using actually. I'm thinking of starting a new campaign in Hazlan, and that just may be a great hook, with Opium Ghouls ... or Tar Men!

Hahaha.
