More Ravenloft-y than one might expect this year. (Apologies for the giant pics below. I'll resize when I have time, maybe)
Ravensburger was really pushing their release of Horrified: D&D - Ravenloft. Here are some of the banners and such that I refrained from stealing even though it was tempting:

I played the game in an event that included taking home a copy, as well as a special Strahd promo figure and pin. It was fun, and plays kind of like "Curse of Strahd: the Co-operative Boardgame" (lighter than the "Castle Ravenloft" game, less D&D-ish than that one. More like Pandemic and the like)
I also went to Tracy Hickman's seminar on the origins of Ravenloft (Laura was supposed to be there too, but couldn't make it (I'm guessing due to illness. Tracy said she "would be fine" but that was all. Wishing her a speedy recovery!) He had a slideshow and Q&A. I blanked on a good question to ask, and just lamely asked about their involvement with I10:RavenloftII: The House on Gryphon Hill. Apparently it was very little before they left TSR. He very diplomatically said it didn't end up as they planned, but it ended up OK. And that his involvement with Curse of Strahd was much closer. I later got my copy signed by him anyway, since that's all I brought with me for them to sign. (They both signed my original I6 Ravenloft something like 20 years ago). But the big reveal at that seminar was that along with their son-in-law, and Ed Greenwood, they are doing a Ravenloft cruise in February, with that giant 3d-printed Castle Ravenloft a fan made:

I got that I10 signed by cartographer Diesel La Force too, as well as getting my Horrors Within signed by artist Dustin Panzino (he did the art on page 4 of a vampire attacking (embracing?) an adventurer) and got a print from Panzino of that art. Also got my EtCR signed by Ralph Horsly, who did some of the Castle map art.
On top of that, this year's True Dungeon was very "Ravenloft-ish", centered around "Castle Cravenmoor", with Vampire, Werewolf, Ghost, and Flesh Golem themed runs. I did all of them with my family and they were quite fun, though the amount of AI-art used throughout was a bit disheartening. Previous years managed to get by with real artists.
Apparantly I missed this big announcement somehow, so I feel a bit remiss, but it's a big con, and it's impossible to see everything.
