On the sight in the Reviews for 4th edition the link to Kalidnay simply leads me constantly to a lingerie sales and add site hiding as 404 error it seems... Not that I could not use some but that was not what I expected to find! :p

Thanks for the tip. For some reason, those pages didn't get uploaded properly, and it appears that bluehost is now selling ad space on their 404 pages.
