The Charred Raiders are a group of [[bandit]]s that operate in the same territory as the [[Ermenus cell]] of [[the Kargat]]. The Raiders are often blamed for Kargat activity and that is in fact their true purpose, for the gang's [[leader]]s are both Kargat [[agent]]s. [[Kerment]], the top leader, is actually a [[doppelganger]] in diguise. His second-in-command, [[Caleb the Baker]]. is a [[human]] but nonetheless a complete [[psychopath]]. Caleb's nickname refers to his predilection for burning people alive, and it is from this tendency the Charred Raiders get their name.<ref>[[QtR22]] p. 13-14</ref>
