A [[Ghost Pegasus]]<ref>[[Terrors from Above]] p.66-67</ref> was a [[Pegasus]] who served as the mount of a morally upstanding person in life until the steed [[betrayed]] its master. Now in life, it is a [[ghost]] driven by the need to redeem itself through service to a [[Good]] aligned master. the Ghost Pegasus is irresolute and temperamental, however, and is likely to abandon its would-be master in times of need. The Ghost Pegasus always make its master pass a series of tests before submitting.

Although a Ghost Pegasus appears almost translucent, it must will itself to go through objects, and it is able function as a normal mount. As such, this may fit the [[mutable]] category of [[ghost]]s [[Van Richten]] wrote about in [[Van Richten's Guide to Ghosts]].
