[[Composite Walking Dead]] is a [[template]] applicable to any [[corporeal]] [[aberration]], [[animal]], [[dragon]], [[giant]], [[humanoid]], [[magical beast]], [[monstrous humanoid]], or [[vermin]], its creature type changing to [[undead]]. In 3.0 rules, this template could also be applied to creatures with the beast and shapechanger subtypes. A maximum of three other creatures from the above types can be selected as "modifying creatures" that will donate [[body part]] specific [[extraordinary ability|extraordinary]] [[special abilities]] movement types, and/or natural attacks to the new composite undead. CR increased by +2, and the walking dead's [[alignment]] is always [[evil]] and usually [[Neutral Evil]].<ref>[[Van Richten's Guide to the Walking Dead]] p. 12-14</ref>
