Ifalakuntho dwells in the [[Temple of Omi Keyoka]], in the [[Shadowfell domain]] known as [[the Bakumora]]. There, he is fed [[soul]]s by [[Fotari]], a [[corrupted]] arch[[druid]] turned [[cult leader]] and the Bakumora's [[darklord]]. Ifalakuntho is also served by a group of [[dracotaur]]s, whom venerate Ifalakuntho as a storm god and bring [[human]]s to be [[sacrificed]]. Should Fotari be destroyed, Ifalakuntho will be the realm's new darklord.<ref>p. 11-12, 18-20</ref>
