			The first record of Maramos' existence in the [[Demiplane of Dread]] comes in [[650 BC]] during the [[Dead Man's Campaign]]. Since then, it has visited a number of [[domain]]s and gather a correspondingly large number of [[land-based powers]]. Although it is incredibly hard to destroy permanently already (see the phylactery section of this article), Marasmos ultimately seeks to learn the [[Lamordian]] [[land-based power]] of [[hyper-regeneration]], an ability that would make it effectively [[immortal]] and invincible.
