[[Kara Drakov Likarevie|Kara]]'s primary bodyguard rose quickly to the rank of "soldeleutnant" after her training at the [[Stangengrad]] Military Academy. The source of her colorful nickname (meaning "iron maiden") is unclear, though it's generally accepted that it has something to do with the ring she wears, which protects her from harm. Revka stands 6'1" with hazel eyes, and her days in the sun have burnished her milky white skin into a light carmel. She always carries a scimitar and a hawk bow, but her true prowess with these weapons is best seen while she's mounted.

Revka's husband [[Anton Regess]] is the [[Soldekommandat]] of the [[Falkovnian protectorate]] in [[Invidia]], but wagging tongues mutter that they are far happier apart than together. Her father is [[Jardian Kovedknochen]], Falkovnia's Minister of Finance and Trade who manages the various protectorates and merchant enclaves, and who helped select his son-in-law for the envied position in Invidia.

Revka played a central role in the vampyrs plans for [[Census Day]], as they planned to sacrifice her to their god [[Kanchelsis]]. For reasons unknown, the sacrifice was unsuccessful, and Revka survived what ought to have been a mortal wound. However, she did not walk away unchanged. Her skills are unchanged, but she seems diminished now in some of her natural talents and gifts. She has been distant since Census Day, so for now all the daughters have is rumor.
