As a stepping stone, Rhelmus has set his sights on the [[village]] of [[Cerlimieu]]. With the aid of another doppelganger, Orbthright infiltrated Cerlimieu and has began gathering social power in preparation to pave the way for other doppelgangers to enter the village. He has [[murdered]] several potential rivals for power within the town and pinned the blame on a local [[ghost]] named the [[Wicked Man of the Wood]]. After a group of wandering [[Vistani]] came to town, Rhelmus feared discovery by the Vistani using [[the Sight]] or other divination methods and moved to take them out. He murdered [[Markov (Vistani)\|Markov]] and [[Varisha]].
