First discovered by [[Ambrose Skully]], the sock was interrogated by the members of the [[Ste. Ronges Cell of the Fraternity of Shadows]]. After such interrogations proved fruitless, an agreement was reached with the Fraternity to provide it with hosts in return for its cooperation in dominating [[prisoner]]s or [[rebellious]] Fraternity members.
