	Vir Stannum<ref>[[The Missing Piece]], [[QtR21]] p.31-33</ref> (or as it was known by its creator, [[Talos]]) was the [[dread mechanical golem]] created by [[Gustav Malvoni]]. Read his entry for its backstory up to Gustav's death. During Vir's time in [[the Shadow Rift]], it (or its remains) were discovered by [[Waelin]], master artisan of [[Anvolee]]. These [[shadow fey]] fixed the mechanical golem, but it stormed off in a huff when it learned even Waelin couldn't give it that ~~what~~ it wanted most: a [[soul]]. Vir now wanders the [[Land of Mists]] hoping to find a real Soul Engine or at least a [[craftsman]] ~~whom will~~ build it.
