Alisia is a spiritualist whom resides in the ramshackle house in Armeikos. Her doorman and bodyguard is Carl. Captain Jovis Blackwere has received assistance from her in the past to help investigations.^[1]

Over the course of the Cedar Chest (Module), Ejrik Spellbender may murder her along with Carl.^[2]
