Dr. Black, along with Dr. White, is an orderly and assistant to Dr. Piotr Rehner and a skilled physician in his own right. (Dr. Black is not his real name, but Dr. Rehner never refers to him by his real name).^[1] All three are Cerebral Vampires and reside within the Asylum for the Mentally Disturbed.
