Dr. Piotr Rehner is a Cerebral Vampire, who works for Dr. Daclaud Heinfroth. He resides within the Asylum for the Mentally Disturbed. Dr. Heinfroth knew Rehner prior to becoming darklord of Dominia. So obsessed with his research that Dr. Rehner eagerly joined Heinfroth's staff and became a cerebral vampire.[1] Although the true extent of Rehner's research is not disclosed in his book My Life Renewed[2], Rehner is an expert in pain and the deleterious effects it can have on people.[1]

Dr. Rehner is a sadist and a likely successor should Dr. Heinfroth be permanently annihilated.[3]
