Leobe is a Woodsman from Kellee. At the request of Rima, he brought Bryonna to Viktal to be raised among the townspeople there in 742 BC. He is (or at least was) suspected by the Tepestani Inquisition of consorting with the fey due to his association with the forest.^[1]
