Hannah Singer^[1] is a performer who resides in Brasov and is one of the Heirs of the Piper. She knows the Ballad of the Master Builder well (and she has some knowledge of the dark truth behind the morbid song.) She in turn has received some attention from Manole the Master Builder, who may visit Brasov some time in the not too distant future.

Another tale Hannah knows in song is the story of the Yellow Cat. Some people in Brasov believes she is the Yellow Cat, a vampire seductress and are planning her demise.
