Father of Isabeau de la Coeur; a known sage and scribe, formerly employed by Girard Beauchamps to gather information from history and folklore on lycanthropes. However, Girard was killed by his son Francois Beauchamps, an afflicted werewolf. Jacques was blamed for the murder and jailed awaiting trial.[1]
