Arcapatos Miguel Agustin is the temporal leader, spiritual leader, and darklord of Igid Rabi-i. He led the takeover and mass conversion of Igid Rabi-i, wiping away most of its old history and religion.[1] It was the destruction of the Bacani Clan merely to acquire the contested holy relic the Cloth of Materion that brought Igid Rabi-i into the Mists and earned him the title of darklord. After the Bacani were felled, Agustin aquired the Cloth, but it disappeared when Igid Rabi-i entered Ravenloft. This began a cycle that has repeated. A family of the native Igiren find the Cloth and reject Agustin's claim, and they become the targets of Agustin's assassin priests. But regardless of the outcome, the Cloth always slips between Agustin's fingers only to be discovered again by another family.[2]
