Large clock tower in Anvolee.[1] Despite its name, it is not an actual clock but rather a circular structure filled with clockwork machinery.[2] Waelin, the chief artisan of Anvolee[3], may be close to finishing his project, such that whatever mysterious purposes for the Clocktower's construction may come to fruition.[2]
