Santori Maino is the fledgling vampire Count George Artiari made his deal with.[1] Santori murders, drinks the blood of, and brings the bodies of sailors of the Nocturnal Sea back to the Count. In return for supplying the Count with test subjects, Count George provides shelter and a cover up of Santori's activities.[2] Despite their working relationship, neither of them trust each other very much.[3]
