Years ago, Fione Fisherwife of Talanka received the Chain of Fey Silver from a sith shadow fey. The sith told her that her husband must wear it always, lest he meet his doom. So Fione insisted, until one day he went fishing and forgot it, after which he did indeed meet his doom in a boating accident. Now she carries it. The charm attached to the chain is mundane, but the chain itself is magical[1], conferring a random special bonus. Almost like a cursed item, this item cannot be discarded, always mysteriously appearing back in its owner's possession.[2]
