Nimbus[1] is a malevolent and sentient storm cloud able to control the weather beneath the area he covers. He is a wandering menace, raining terror down upon the earth below as he chooses. His origins, whether a true elemental or some kind of artificially created being, are unknown.
Nimbus does not initiate communication with other creatures and only becomes angry when communicated to.
Note that Nimbus was never updated to 3.x Edition, so the creature types assigned below are speculative.
