Curse of Strahd. The former residence of Burgomaster Lazlo Ulrich and Marina. After Brother Grigor and Lazo killed Marina staked Marina to prevent her from the completion of a transformation into a vampire, Strahd retaliated by killing both Grigor and Lazlo. Moreover, he bound Lazlo's spirit to the Mansion and flooded Berez. Lazlo's [[ghost now haunts the mansion to this day.[1]
