Frostshadow is a powerful ghost in the service of Balipur. Balipur has promised to make Frostshadow even more powerful in return for Frostshadow's cooperation in gathering arcane lore books. Balipur also put a subtle magic on Frostshadow such that it can affect him like a suggestion spell would affect the living. Frostshadow now resides in and protects Bartakass' Manor near the Darkonian village of Lestaz.[1]
In life, Frostshadow was Revaric Stormsword, the captain of a mercenary troop, but he abandoned them to the Kargat in order to steal a magic potion that rendered him into a Fourth Magnitude Ghost.[2]
