Aerie is a large town located within Falkovnia. Of the large communities, Aerie is the furthest south, its distance from Lekar affording it a degree of freedom from the oppression of Vlad Drakov's central influence. Also as a result of its placement, Aerie is an important trade hub for commerce flowing from the Old Svalich Road. Although more open figuratively and literally than much of Falkovnia, much of Aerie is still quite polluted with filth and decay as well as crime. In addition, Stadtfuhrer Igor Feiggein is quite creative in devising horrible and sadistic means of punishment, with only the efforts of Wachekapitan Gottfried Rattezenburg and Handelleutnant Gerher Truantheim keeping his abuses from becoming too great.[1]

Locations in Aerie

Aerie is named for Selberhas Aerie, the strange and purportedly haunted spire that lies at the heart of Crucea's Park. The park itself is a forested zone lying behind walls at the heart of Aerie. In addition, Aerie boasts another mystic site of note: the House of Doors, protected by Liebheldin of the Door.[1]

Inhabitants of Aerie

Aerie is home to several to Silva Winterhearst and a number of other mediums. They have formed the secret society known as the Veiled Palm.[1]
