Amelia, also known as The Vampiress, is one of the members of Carnival. Her bat-like wings enable full flight. Although she pretends to be a malevolent vampire, she is otherwise a normal (benevolent and shy, even) woman.
Background
Amelia was once from the City of l'Morai. After she tried to run away from her parents, she was punished through transformation into one of the freaks of Carnival l'Morai, where she was cast out.
