Lorghoth the Decayer is an NPC from the 5th Edition module Death House (Module). It is a shambling mound that appears to be only a pile of refuse. In fact, it is merely sleeping, but it awakens and attacks if it is attacked or if the player characters refuse to make the sacrifice cultists demand.[1]
