Zelig

Terribly bitter at being the shortest person around, Zelig is a malicious gnome that fabricated a device to shrink people to only two inches tall. Zelig later became the darklord of a tiny domain consisting of only his house, laboratory and garden, though it is quite large and dangerous to his victims. That is not to downplay Zelig's danger level, for he subjects his victims to various forms of abuse and experimentation.
