In Curse of Strahd, Champagne du le Stomp was a wine produced by the Wizard of Wines. 10 years before the start of the CoS module, an unknown party uncovered the magic gem seed that produced the champaign and stole it, leaving the winery unable to produce the champagne. Davian Martikov blamed his son, Urwin Martikov, for shirking his duty to protect the winery and the gems that night.[1]
