The sewer fiend is a 8 ft tall abomination of [[human]]-like intelligence, and its hulkig body is vaguely resembles humanoid shape save for a slug-like tail extending from its lower torso instead of legs. Its head has three [[eye]]s (one mounted upon a twisting eyestalk) and a heavily fanged maw. Wounds left by a sewer fiend inflict a [[disease]] likely to severely weaken or even kill an [[infected]] victim if the disease is not cure properly.
