The ruling council of Orașnou consisted of Glovia Falinescu, Eugen Adi, Burgomaster Ivan Randovich, and Scartia Krutz. All of them eventually met their dooms save for Scartia, whom inherited their entire duties of presiding over Orașnou. She has great trouble with the job, barely managing to keep the minimum tax flow to Count Strahd.[1]
