Ulises was the leader of a group of outlaw rebels that sought to free their people from an oppressive tyrant prince. However, Ulises and his outlaw band lost their way and their ideals of liberation turned into debauchery and exploitation of the local populace. The Dark Powers transformed the outlaw band into fey, with Ulises becoming a satyr as he was granted a forest domain teeming with other evil and twisted fey. The local humans fear the depredations of the fey but yet are strangely drawn in at the same time.[1]
