The [[Monstrous Scarab Beetle]] is a type of flesh-eating [[scarab beetle]]s and [[vermin]] that inhabits [[desert]]s, [[underground]], and [[tomb]]s. The Monstrous Scarab Beetle is a type of flesh-eating scarab beetles and vermin that inhabits deserts, underground, and tombs. At 12 feet long, it is larger than both of its cousins, the giant scarab beetle and the grave scarab beetle. Monstrous scarab beetles are scavengers, feasting upon dead organic matter. They attack only if they are attacked or if their eggs or nest are endangered. When provoked, they can trample or bite with their especially sharp pincers.[1][2]
Of the known domains, monstrous scarab beetles are native to Har'Akir.[3] Strangely enough, scarab beetles can also be encountered in Avonleigh.[4]
