A creature with the Necromental Template is the undead remnant of a formerly living elemental. It loses much of its mental capacity and sense of self as it turns evil and becomes infused with negative energy. Necromentals inflict energy drain with their natural weapon attacks. Other elemental slain by a necromental's energy drain rise up as new necromentals several days later. Necromentals also have fast healing.[1]
