Dr. J. Everett Mingus[1] is a doctor and surgeon who resides in the Boglands region of Darkon. He specializes in Abnormal Physiology and has found some level of success in removing deformities and other instances of abnormal anatomy.
Claudette duMartin, the daughter of vain Richemuloise nobles, was sent to Dr. Mingus to have her deformity removed. She eventually ran away from him before joining Carnival. Claudette will not talk about her time there.
