This artifact is a type of Hand of Power, created by or with the aid a Sea Hag. It can only be used by Warriors (2E Class Group) and bestows upon the user strong powers of protection and regeneration. However, its use invites corruption and possible destruction when it finishes burning.^[1]

Gondegal is thought to have used a One-Fingered Hand to defeat the vampire lord of Malkavania.^[1]
