Dinu Lupescu was a Fang of Zhakata. He was the senior Fang when Goju Cojec was the junior. Unlike most Fangs, he was known as a reasonable man.[1]
Dinu Lupescu served as a Fang for thirteen years. Eventually he starved himself to death in 740 BC in a vain attempt to convince Zhakata to undo the Severing.[1]
