Hallid Kesthal is a NPC from the module Fair Barovia. He is Thaani tattoo artist who lives in Vallaki. In that module he asks the party to clear the problem of the madness plague in the Thaani Neighborhood (Vallaki) of Vallaki and will give them magical tattoos in return.[1]
