Kamaphet is the leader of the dracotaurs lording over the Poison Dusk lizardfolk in the Bakumora. Kamaphet in turn is loyal to Ifalakuntho, whom enabled Kamaphet to conquer the lizardfolk. Kamaphet sees Ifalakuntho as a god of storms. At Ifalakuntho's behest[1],Kamaphet issued a command to the Poison Dusk lizardfolk to round up all the nearby humans and deliver them to the dracotaurs. He justifies this by asserting that the humans are cursed and the reason why the Bakumora has been engulfed by the mists.[2] Ultimately, Kamaphet intends to hand over these captives to Fotari in turn to be sacrificed to Ifalakuntho.
