The Goatsman is a prestige class first introduced in the Conquista Gazetteer in Quoth the Raven Issue 30.
Members of this prestige class must be of Evil alignment, and have killed a member of their own species for purely selfish reasons.
The prestige class allows the Goatsman to transform into a vile hybrid of their original species and goat with fangs and claws, resembling a new lycanthropic phenotype. The unarmed attacks of a Goatsman cause more pain in a victim than they should; they gain a dread familiar to which they may pray for spells from the spell list of the Witch class, and which they may gradually transform into more impressive forms. In addition, the Goatsman gains special powers to install fear, horror and even madness in their victims.
