Winifred Ratcliff (born in 706 BC) is a werewolf who was born as part of a litter of three in Mordent or Borca to Richard Ratcliff, possibly not a werewolf, and Virginia Dilisnya, a werewolf. She is the sister of Michael Ratcliff, a werewolf, and the granddaughter of Richtor Dilisnya, not a werewolf, and Ester Timothy, a werewolf. Her uncle was Clifford Dilisnya, a werewolf, her great aunt was Camille Dilisnya, not a werewolf, and her great uncles are Eowin Timothy and Sean Timothy, both werewolves. Her second cousins are Anton Boritsi, Ivana Boritsi and Sulo Boritsi, not werewolves, and Thomas Dobbs, Alfred Timothy, Ester Timothy (daughter of Nathan), William Timothy, all werewolves. 
It is possible that her mother and her uncle inherited the Dilisnya Estate in northern Mordent, where she might have been born and raised.
