Khan is not driven by malice or hatred, and commits acts of evil only to serve his greed and desire for power. Khan will ally with and even employ adventurers should he believe it will be to his benefit.[1]
Marcus Khan's true name is Dhalgashra, and his phylactery is Jawahar Zhost's backgammon set. The set has been warded against him, and he is desperate to find it. He knows that if he is killed before the wards are lifted, he will die a true death.[2]
