A shaman of the Hillfolk of Sanguinia. He was the youngest of the shamans who led their people to sleep within the Seven Sacred Caves beneath the Kodru Mountains. Perhaps because of his youth, he was always restless during his periodic awakenings, and he took to exploring the caves even beyond the sacred areas. Eventually his wanderings brought him into contact with Ladislav Mircea. Mircea offered him a choice between death and undeath, although undeath would come at a cost: Irren Asparu would allow Mircea to feed upon his people.[1]
