According to Lord of the Ensonmmark, Tomtadet is a vile Hazlani wizard who attempted to feed two of his foes to Hazlik's carrion crawlers along with their guide Artu. Like many of the Mulan, Tomtadet has many tattoos, one of which is labeled "Victory". He was later killed by said enemies. After his death, it was revealed he was controlled by a cerebral leech.[1]
