The Consejo de Padres is a minor political party of the domain Conquista in the Wartorn Cluster.
The party has a predominantly Chaotic Evil outlook. It is an openly sexist and racist party, whose message is simply, 'The superior man shall rule'. It champions a return to the time when "inferior" men and (all) women were held as property, rolling back the clock to a time before the original Viejos Sagrados abolished slavery and declared that all people were born equal.
As the Consejo de Padres is possibly the most malign political party in Conquista, it is perhaps a mercy that it is divided in two sections: one for the north cantón that preaches the superiority of the Casian tribe, and one for the middle cantón that does the same for the Canan tribe. While their message is nigh-identical, the two camps will likely never see eye to eye. As the party has an uncomfortably strong grip on the domain's criminal underbelly, it is as well that they will never pool their resources.
The Consejo has been lobbying for unification with major political party Supremacía for years, but all offers have been refused so far. The party is tentatively allied with fellow rejects los Ermanos del Cuchillo, and strongly opposed to las Mariposas. 
Given its sexist message, it can be assumed that Consejo is opposed to the supposedly all-woman party Las Madres del Conquista, as well.
