Communication between Stonegard and Kantora across the Vaughn Dnar River is almost certainly going to be by boat. The river is too deep at this point to be forded and any bridge that could reasonably be thrown across it would prevent the small ships that can sail up the Sydligdnar ("South Dnar River") from reaching Kantora's docks. Communication between Stonegard and the Ehrendton across the Dnar is probably going to be by boat too. Although it might be shallower and might not host river traffic of any great consequence. Prince Othmar prefers to avoid the Prince's Palace in Kantora as much as possible, instead ruling Nova Vaasa from Stonegard.
